Class packs are designed to give you more flexibility — perfect if you know you’ll be away for an extended period. Each pack is valid for up to 6 months, giving you plenty of time to use your sessions at your own pace.
Memberships are designed to keep you consistent and on track with your exercise every 4 weeks.
Each 4-week block includes 8 or 12 classes, giving you the best opportunity to stay motivated and work towards your goals — whether that’s weight loss, relieving pain, strengthening your core, building a regular exercise routine, prioritising self-care through movement, or focusing on your own personal goals.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks’ notice prior to the next auto-renew date.
